Sunday Strategy Day. I use these moments to step back, challenge how I do things, and reflect on what needs to evolve—across the business, the team, and my own role as founder. One question kept repeating in my head:
“How can I better enable talent and build long-term leadership into the company?“
Over the past few years, Hubert + Partners has grown from a small creative setup into a int consultancy working across branding, digital creations, AI, consulting and strategy. We collaborate with international clients and Vietnamese businesses alike, with a growing portfolio and a strong, streamlined team.

The foundation is solid, and we’re ready for the next phase of growth. That includes bringing in the right person to lead a business unit—someone who can guide a creative team, take ownership of client relationships, and drive both delivery and performance — not as a creative director or strategist, but as a hands-on business unit leader with full operational responsibility.
This role calls for more than operational oversight. It’s about building something—shaping a part of the company and growing it with clarity, ambition, and independence.
You should understand the creative industry and be equally confident with numbers, people, and process. Ideally, you’re already in Saigon or ready to relocate.
