No heavy program, no long speeches, just a good mix of conversations, music, drinks, and a few moments to reflect on the year.

You can expect a nice flow throughout the night, from the gathering at 6 PM to a more vibrant afterparty later in the evening.

A beautiful and spacious location surrounded by water, known for its warm atmosphere and elegant architecture. It provides indoor and outdoor areas, making it ideal for a relaxed evening gathering.

Ride-hailing
The easiest way to reach Chloe Gallery is by Grab or Be.
Simply enter “Chloe Gallery” in the app and it will take you directly to the venue entrance.

Parking
On-site parking is available for both cars and motorbikes at the venue.
Please arrive a bit earlier if you are driving, as evening traffic in District 7 can be busy.

From District 1
The drive from District 1 typically takes 15 to 25 minutes depending on traffic.
The route via Nguyễn Văn Linh is the most direct.

Can I bring a plus-one?
The event is by personal invitation only. Please attend without additional guests.

Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, Chloe Gallery provides both motorbike and car parking.

Will there be food and drinks?
Yes. Guests will enjoy a curated 5-course dinner along with drinks throughout the evening.

Is there a formal program?
The evening is mostly social. A short welcome moment will take place early in the night.

Is there an afterparty?
Yes. After the main program, the night continues with DJs and music.

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive from 6 PM.
The official program begins at 6:30 PM, followed by dinner and the afterparty later in the evening.

What’s the dress code?
Cocktail attire with vibrant accents.

Can I take photos?
Feel free to take photos and videos. Tagging the Hubert Group companies is appreciated but not required.
