Café Carré had to be instantly recognizable. We developed a refined yet welcoming brand identity, from the logo to the curated interior details. The furniture, menu boards, tableware, and packaging were all designed to create an authentic bistro feel. The menu itself went through multiple tastings, ensuring a perfect balance of French classics and Vietnamese influences, with a carefully selected wine and cocktail list to complement the experience.

We didn’t push a big marketing strategy—Café Carré was designed to feel inviting enough that people naturally wanted to share it. Before the doors even opened, we created AI-generated visuals in-house to spark curiosity and set the mood. This helped build early momentum and gave people something to talk about.
Once we opened, influencers and tastemakers started dropping by, sharing their experiences and making the café part of their content without us having to ask. Social media became an extension of our brand, with beautifully shot images, casual videos, and authentic posts spreading organically. We also made sure every detail—coasters, takeaway packaging, in-store moments—felt like part of the experience, so that every visit was worth capturing. It all came together naturally, building a community rather than just a customer base.
