After decades in the creative industry and several years as a venture builder, I’ve reached an exciting moment in my journey. Hubert + Partners has grown from a bold idea into a modern consultancy working across Vietnam, Europe, and worldwide. The potential is huge. The opportunities are bigger than ever. And now, I want to hand the daily leadership of H+P into the hands of someone who sees this momentum and can take it even further.
I’m building a more diverse and powerful Hubert Group with new ventures, new arms, and new directions. To do that properly, I need to spend more time on venture building, strategy, partnerships, and shaping what comes next. H+P will always remain the heart, but it’s time for someone new to run the daily pulse.
So, who am I looking for?
Someone experienced.
Someone with positive energy.
Someone who loves design, brands, technology, and innovation.
Someone who can lead people, build trust, and turn vision into structure.
Someone who understands what premium work really means
and enjoys building a modern, global standard consultancy.
And don’t worry, I’m not disappearing.
I’ll still support H+P on many levels
but the day to day should be yours.
