Socié x Union Square Vietnam – Event Activation
Women’s Day at Union Square Vietnam was nothing short of beautiful! We teamed up with SOCIÉ, a luxury beauty destination known for its expertise in skincare and wellness, to create a day dedicated to self-care, well-being, and beauty.
Our role in bringing this Women’s Day activation to life went beyond just creating content for the newly opened luxury spa and organizing an event—it was a strategic, multi-layered execution that required seamless coordination across various stakeholders. From curating and managing the KOL collaboration to working closely with SOCIÉ, one of Union Square’s key tenants, we ensured that the campaign aligned with their brand positioning while maximizing engagement.

The heart of our campaign was a special collaboration with our KOL, who shared her SOCIÉ SPA experience in a stunning video. Her visit highlighted the meticulous Japanese beauty techniques and rejuvenating treatments that SOCIÉ is known for. And because beauty is meant to be shared, we made sure that more women could experience a touch of luxury for themselves.
Our team led the real-time social media execution, building momentum and extending the experience beyond the event itself. At the same time, we worked closely with the floral vendor to ensure the booth’s design and setup reflected a premium aesthetic. From logistics to content creation, we combined strategic planning and on-the-ground execution to create a seamless, impactful campaign that truly celebrated women and self-care.
On Women’s Day, visitors at Union Square received beautiful bouquets along with a flyer inviting them to experience the newly opened SOCIÉ. Throughout the day, the atmosphere was lively, with women of all backgrounds stopping by, flowers in hand.
It wasn’t just a campaign; it was a thoughtful activation centered around self-care, appreciation — or simply, self-love.
